Just back from a wonderful visit in Boutiliers Point, Nova Scotia. On March 7th, I did a reading of my book, On Love and Death and Belonging. Many had read my book and had some great things to say about it. As well, there were some thoughtful questions and reflections. This was my second-ever reading. The first was Febrary 26th in Coquitlam. Also a great turn out and a lot of fun.
I’m sending out a picture of the delightful Rita. Here she is in her home enjoying my book, On Love and Death and Belonging. Born the year after the Halifax explosion, she turned 105 on March 9th 2023. Rita is an interesting woman with many stories to share and someone who loves a good giggle and a good read.
